On December 4-7, LA Boxing Franchise Corporation held their first Annual Convention at Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada. Debbie Neumann and Sandra Garcia who co-manage the account both attended.Amerifund has been assisting LA Boxing franchisees finance their equipment and as their preferred lender we were very proud and excited to be invited to be a part of their first Annual Convention.The first evening there we attended a cocktail party which afforded us the opportunity to mix and mingle with the many franchisees that we have worked with over the years and had only spoken to via phone. It was great to finally meet everyone and put faces with the many voices we speak to each day.The following day we attended their franchisee convention and were given the opportunity to speak to the group. During that time we were able to give them a few tips on financing their future stores either through equipment leasing or our working capital program. We work with many different vendors and franchises and it’s always great to get in on the ground floor with them. We are very happy to say that we have financed approximately half of their stores and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

This years Christmas Party was held at Satori Sushi, with the festivities continuing at Wades’ house.We celebrated Christmas and the close of 2006 with lots of Sushi and fun!!!!!

Reflecting on 2006 While Planning for 2007
In Reflecting on any year there are always very positive outcomes and other situations you would change if you could and 2006 was heavily weighted on the positive outcomes. Amerifund was fortunate enough to experience our best year in the company’s history, in relation to growth. In 2006 we have set company records in all areas, which include application flow, funding volumes, quantity of strong vendor relationships, repeat business, referral business, internal efficiencies and pipeline going into the new year.Our expectation for 2007 is to increase our funded volume by another 40% while bringing on additional staff to support this growth. We are going into the New Year with a few key new hires that are already off to a good start with five more hires on the way that will be a combination of both sales and administration. Amerifund’s strength had always been a reflection of our staff. In 2007 I expect our expansion to continue, which will again be due to each employee focusing on our investors, client and vendors in a way that only Amerifunders can!

$190,070.40- Aerial Lifts
We were able to provide the total amount of financing needed to this new, start up business for the aerial lifts and man lifts they needed. Approximately 12 pieces of equipment were purchased and added to the fleet of rental equipment The Company needed to meet the needs and demand for rental equipment in Boise, ID. Although the owners had been turned away by other financing sources, we were pleased to make this loan possible. This Company has since reported an immediate and significant increase of revenues being generated with this additional equipment.$25,000- Computer and Camera Equipment.
A start-up laboratory based at a golf country club. This client needed equipment to film golf professional and amateurs swing which inputs it in a computer system and allows them to offer input to golfers and instructors to help improve their game. The Company has been making a profit from day one and is enjoying instant success.$115,000.00- Dry Cleaning Equipment
We were able to help this client fulfill a life long dream of a family owned and operated dry cleaning store. Amerifund provided the funds necessary for her to obtain new dry cleaning equipment. In turn this deal also enabled us to build a great relationship with the vendor. $75,000- Masonry Company/Scaffolding Equipment
