This program is designed for businesses that have substantial "soft costs", and is also for "start up businesses". Up to $500,000 with appropriate collateral. Available in the twelve western states only.

Items required to apply:

1. Completed Express Application 2. Cover letter explaining reason for funding 3. Personal financial statement 4. Last 2 years personal tax returns (complete copies) 5. Last 2 years business tax returns (complete copies) 6. Current business financial statement and/or projection on new business 7. Resume on all key principals 8. Business Plan
